【業務概要】 ・インバータシステムにおける組込みソフトウェアコンポーネントの総合的なテストプランとテストケースを策定し、実行する。 ・ソフトウェア要件と設計仕様を分析し、テストカバレッジを確認する。 ・ソフトウェアの不具合を識別 / 報告し、開発チームと協力しながら問題点を修正する。 ・デバッグツールや技術を活用し、ソフトウェアの不具合を調べる。 ・正確で詳細なテスト資料を作成する。 ・部門を超えて他チームと協力し、効率的なテストと検証プロセスを実現させる。 【Key Responsibilities】 ・Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for embedded software components within the inverter system. ・Analyze software requirements and design specifications to ensure thorough test coverage. ・Identify and report software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. ・Utilize debugging tools and techniques to investigate software failures. ・Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation. ・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective verification and validation processes. |

【必須（MUST）】 ・組込みソフトウエアの知識（基本情報処理資格レベル）をお持ちの方。・優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人能力を発揮できる方。 ・時間厳守、信頼性、献身性など、仕事に対する高い倫理観をお持ちの方。 ・自ら仕事に取り組み、質の高い結果を出せる方。 ・問題解決能力や、分析能力に長けた方。 ・前向きで協調性のあるチームプレーヤー。 ・Knowledge of embedded software (Basic information processing qualification level). ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ・Strong work ethic, including punctuality, reliability, and dedication. ・Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results. ・Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. ・Positive and collaborative team player. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・モータ制御、インバータ制御に関する知識をお持ちの方。・AUTOSARアーキテクチャを理解している方。 ・C言語を使いこなせれば尚可。 ・Knowledge of motor and inverter control systems. ・Understanding of AUTOSAR architecture. ・Proficiency in C programming language is added plus ・N3レベル以上の日本語スキルをお持ちの方。 ・Language: N3 and above |
