We are looking for a passionate and experienced Developer Success Manager to join our global Developer Experience team . You will play a critical role in driving developer engagement, satisfaction, and advocacy, through various online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for developers in Japan who use our products & services, ensuring they have the resources, support, and guidance needed to be successful, which in turn will drive further adoption of our products in the region. • Create strategies and programs working with a global team of developer success managers, to build and maintain strong relationships with developers in Japan. • Act as the voice of regional developers, advocating their needs and feedback to the global product and engineering teams, to ensure proper enhancements are implemented on time. • Create and localize documentation, tutorials, and other resources to meet the specific needs of the regional developer community. • Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop content that highlights developer success stories and promote services provided in the region. • Organize and participate in regional developer events, meetups, hackathons, and conferences to promote engagement, community building and brand advocacy. • Own and improve incentive programs designed for regional developers. • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the onboarding, and overall developer journey experience through various digital touchpoints. • Identify and establish partnerships with local tech organizations, universities, and influencers to expand the reach and impact of developer programs. • Engage with developers on forums, social media, and other channels to provide support and gather feedback. • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt communication and engagement strategies to align with regional cultural norms and preferences. • Stay informed about regional market trends and developments that may impact the developer community. |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • 5 to 7 years of experience in developer success, customer success, or managing developer communities.• Efficient communicator, comfortable interacting with engineers across the globe, as well as leadership (written & verbal). • Proficiency level in Japanese and English languages is mandatory. • Self-motivated, passionate, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team. • Process oriented, with strong analytical and time management skills. • At least 2-3 years of experience of online community management. • Experience managing social media’s community. • Fluent Japanese and business level English • Travel: Willingness to travel within the region as required to attend events, meet with developers, and build relationships. • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide the highest level of support and guidance to developers. • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with global Developer Success Managers and other internal teams to share knowledge, best practices, and resources. 【歓迎(WANT)】 • Experience on working for semiconductor industry.• Study abroad experience, Working abroad experience. • Prior experience in semiconductor industry would be a plus. • Digital marketing expertise would be a plus. |
