We are seeking an experienced Partnership Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team. The Partnership Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our company's intellectual property portfolio, with a focus on anime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership marketing and experience in the anime industry. ■Job Description - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our company's intellectual property portfolio, with a focus on anime - Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the anime industry, including publishers, distributors, and streaming platforms - Research/identify potential partners, negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies - Collaborate with senior management and other marketing team/cross functions to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships - Developing and implementing strategic partnerships with other companies to promote products and services - Coordinating with internal departments to develop new products or services in response to customer demand - Manage relationships with external partners and serve as the primary point of contact for partnership marketing matters - Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally - Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships - Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - 3 years of relevant experience in partnership marketing- Strong knowledge of the anime industry and key players - Experience with project management and managing multiple partner accounts at once - Experience working with large corporate brands on partnership campaigns - Experience in leading a team - Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and be part of a growing start-up team - Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills - Proficient in both verbal and written business-level English communication - Ability to work independently and as part of a team 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Partnership marketing experience ideally with a focus on the anime industry |
