Develop paid, earned, owned strategy at division level through co-working with local and global counterparts Generate business impact through rolling out success cases between brands Identify growth opportunities and to identify solutions by analysis using various tools and data Contribute to digital upskilling of the division by providing guidance and support to brand teams To manage brand's digital plan and execution Define and implement the Digital strategy for the brand; develop and maintain the brand website. Develop powerful integrated campaigns in line with Marketing, Merchandising, Education and PR activities. "Develop contents to enrich online and offline communications and help the brand reach its awareness and sales objectives. Gather local needs and find relevant creative partners." Develop a communication style specific to Digital, more in phase with digital consumers’ expectations. Ensure a strong presence on social media, with a deep understanding of each network's specificities and consumers' expectations. Setup target KPIs of digital activities (campaigns, ecommerce, social media), analyze and monitor performances, propose and execute improvements. Collaborate with HQ digital team to optimize the actions in Japan. Analyze brand's and competitors' interactive activity to make recommendations to management. Monitor budget on all directly managed activities. |

【必須(MUST)】 More than 5 years experience of paid media with knowledge on social, display, search advertisements. Experience on retail media (Amazon, Rakuten) is nice-to-have.Expertise on the digital world, digital communication, media and advertisements with ability to use tool such as Google Analytics and Google search console. Knowledge on latest digital advertisement technology and solutions Build and maintain strong collaboration with external partners (especially media agency) and internal partners (brand team, corporate teams) Strong strategic thinking, project management and execution skills Business level English Performance Analysis & Reporting: understanding of key media and social metrics, and ability to make data-driven recommendations for media optimization based on analysis. Ability to create reports for different levels (high level to detailed level) with clear explanation. 【歓迎(WANT)】 FMCG (not necessarily from cosmetic business) backgroundGood networking skills and ability to animate a worldwide Digital community Team management experience Strong understanding of media buying and digital advertising strategies Influencer Marketing: Develop and execute influencer marketing(Top to Nano all tiers) campaigns with good understanding of influencer relation ship management, content collaboration, and performance tracking. This includes boosting influencer-generated content through paid social media campaigns. Building maximize UGC thorough influencer activation. Event Management: Plan and execute impactful events featuring influencers, including logistics, guest management, and on-site coordination. Ensure seamless integration of events with broader media strategies. |
