〈業務内容詳細〉
Our client is seeking a dynamic C＆B Manager to lead and innovate their compensation and benefits strategies. This role will focus on aligning local C＆B practices with the global scheme and driving the implementation and planning of these changes in Japan. You’ll also oversee payroll operations and design essential training programs related to C＆B.

Key Responsibilities:
－ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze compensation data.
－ Lead and manage upcoming C＆B projects.
－ Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and guidelines.
－ Ensure compliance with local laws by staying updated on legislative changes.
－ Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
－ Maintain and update compensation and benefits information.
－ Partner with vendors to ensure best practices and compliance.
－ Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－ Bachelor's degree or higher
－ Business level English
－ 7＋ years experience in the C＆B field
－ Strong communication skills
－ Good PC skills
－ Strong labor law knowledge
－ Good analytical skills

【歓迎（WANT）】

－ Experience in life sciences （medical device, pharma, life science） industries a plus！
