Strengthen and maintain relationships with business partners in Japan. Adapt marketing strategies and product positioning to fit each territory. 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Extensive experience in sales of scientific or medical instruments, ideally within the clinical field.At least 5 years of experience in sales distribution and frontline sales in Japan. Strong scientific academic background, or equivalent experience gained through related work. Fluent in English and Japanese with exceptional communication skills. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while adhering to principles of personal responsibility. Ability to thrive in a flat hierarchy that values mutual respect, tolerance, and friendly cooperation with colleagues, partners, and customers. Comfortable with direct communication with top management. |
