The Manager, Test Engineering is responsible for leading a team to develop production test solutions for SiTime’s precision timing products. We are looking for a hands-on manager who will be a team leader and a technical contributor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute the following responsibilities: • Define the ATE test flow and test plan for new products • Engage with design team on Design for Test (DFT) features • Specify ATE test hardware and software • Develop the ATE test software on standard ATE platforms, such as Teradyne ETS-88 • Lead release-to-production activities • Support the product launch into high volume production. • Lead yield enhancement and cost reduction projects • Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.• Minimum 8 years of related work experience • Experience as a technical manager • Background in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs. Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne's ETS-364, ETS-88, or UltraFLEX preferred but not required. • Knowledge of analog electronics and experience with board-level troubleshooting and debug. • Experience in statistical analysis of test data. • Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation. Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required. • Excellent programming skills and prior experience with C++. • Must be physically able to lift, push, pull up to 10 lbs. 【歓迎（WANT）】 High level of self-motivation and drive to make an impact.• Strong people skills, and mentorship skills for engineers in the team. • Strong sense of ownership and drive for results and getting items to the finish line. • Strong interest in being hands-on in the lab. • Ability and willingness to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A positive attitude and motivated to learn new skills. |
