You will provide the full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR services and programs to technical support organization. You’ll provide direct support to leaders to frame the People agenda supporting the business objectives, driving key initiatives across site and home-based teams. You will also work closely with Japan People Site Lead on developing and executing People Strategies for Japan, amplifying company values, building connections and engagement across various lines of business in Japan. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the People team as a People Business Partner supporting Japan Site and AppleCare business group. AppleCare is our premier Service and Support organization providing award-winning technical support and product service to our global customer base. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - 7-12 years of experience as a strategic HR partner or similar role- Strong organizational development background responsible for Team Effectiveness, Coaching, and Culture. - Experience supporting a contact center environment and/or large, non-exempt employee populations - Proven ability to work in heavily matrix environment with global teams. - Strong communication and influencing skills (both English and Japanese) 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, both as a lead and a supporting team member.- Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals - Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities - Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers and employees alike |
