募集の背景： 創薬研究の進展に伴い、生体由来材料の利用は多様化、高度化しています。これらの材料とその情報の取り扱いには、高度な法令遵守とガイドラインの理解が求められます。弊社では、研究員が安全かつ効率的に先端の創薬研究に取り組めるよう、専門的な支援体制を構築しています。このたび、バイオサイエンスとコンプライアンスの両面に精通し、熱意をもって研究所運営を担い、革新的な創薬に貢献できる次世代を担うリーダー人財を募集します。 仕事内容： 生体由来材料を用いた創薬研究の支援において、以下の役割を担っていただきます。 ・コンプライアンス遵守と研究の効率化の両立を実現する生体由来材料全般の先進的な管理手法、業務システムの確立 ・関連法規制や外部環境の変化を的確に捉えた適切な運用ルールの構築と維持 ・研究員への教育を通じた研究材料の適正利用の促進と創薬活動の効率化 Background to recruitment: With the advancement of drug discovery research, the utilization of biological materials has become increasingly diverse and sophisticated. Handling these materials and their associated information requires a high level of regulatory compliance and understanding of guidelines. At our company, we conduct a specialized support system to enable our researchers to engage in cutting-edge drug discovery research safely and efficiently. To this end, we are looking for next-generation leader talents who are well-versed in both biosciences and compliance, have a passion for managing research institute operations, and can contribute to innovative drug discovery efforts. 【必須（MUST）】 求める経験・細胞・ヒト由来試料等を用いた非臨床 in vitro 薬理研究の経験とリーダーシップ。好ましくは非臨床の信頼性基準試験の経験 機能横断的なプロジェクトをリードした経験があれば尚可 Desired experience: ・Experience in leading non-clinical in vitro pharmacological research utilizing cells and human-derived samples. Experience of leading cross-functional projects is preferred 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・生体由来材料を管理するITシステムの使用及び管理スキル ・ヒトを対象とする生命科学/医学系研究に関する倫理指針、バイオセーフティなどの体系的な理解と問題解決力 ・運営規程や契約文書の作成スキル Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Skills in handling and managing biological materials using IT systems. ・Systematic understanding of ethical guidelines and biosafety for life science/medical research involving human subjects, and problem-solving abilities related to them. ・Skills in drafting operational regulations and contractual documents. 求める行動特性： ・高い倫理性とコンプライアンス意識、ステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築力 ・研究員とのコミュニケーション力、ニーズの的確な把握と反映 ・環境変化への敏感さと、プロアクティブかつ自律的な行動力 Desired competencies: ・High ethical standards and compliance awareness, ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders ・Strong communication skills with researchers, accurately understanding and addressing their needs ・Sensitivity to changing environments, and proactive and autonomous action 求める資格： ・海外の関係者とも適切かつ円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる一定以上の英語力（目安：TOEIC 730点以上） ・一定以上の日本語力（目安：日本語能力試験 N1レベル相当） Desired Qualifications: ・Proficient English skills enabling smooth communication with overseas members required (TOEIC score: 730 or above) ・Proficient Japanese skills required (Japanese language proficiency test: N1 level) 【歓迎（WANT）】 ※必須要件をご確認ください |
