About the Position Assigned to the Marketing Department, the main responsibility will be product management for orthopedic implants (artificial joints) and related products. The role involves managing the PLC (Product Life Cycle) from introduction to closing for artificial hip and knee joints, which have a high market share in Europe, as they are sold to Japanese doctors. Additionally, you will plan and manage promotional materials and events necessary for the sales department. Maintaining stable product supply through communication with various departments within the company is also an important task. Furthermore, frequent negotiations and discussions with the German headquarters and Asia-Pacific region will be required, necessitating an understanding of the global positioning of the Japanese business. The Product Manager we are recruiting will be responsible for both launching existing products and introducing new products. This includes meeting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), considering product positioning in Japan, and creating sales systems. Duties and Responsibilities ◆Responsibilities: ● Ensure sales and profits of orthopedic implants and related products progress according to plan ● Take responsibility for stable supply and safe use of products, coordinating with relevant departments ● Coordinate closely with German headquarters/Asia-Pacific, incorporating headquarters' intentions while clearly communicating Japan's perspectives ● Understand the status of assigned products in detail and promote their usefulness. Create necessary tools and plan events accordingly ● Quickly build relationships with doctors, provide academic information, and introduce new products ● Develop and execute sales plans, including new product launches ● Formulate and implement medium to long-term plans ◆Duties: Marketing activities for orthopedic implants and related products, specifically: ● Product management with awareness of PLC for assigned products ● Continuous communication with KOLs and discovery of new KOLs ● Sales promotion to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff at national/public, major private hospitals, artificial joint centers, and orthopedic surgery facilities ● Acquisition and proposal of academic information ● Planning and execution of events leading to sales promotion |

【必須(MUST)】 Experiences:● Over 3 years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry (medical field experience preferred) Knowledge & Skills: ● PC skills: Proficiency in basic Word and Excel operations required General: Education / Experience / Professional knowledge: ● Bachelor's degree or higher ● English proficiency: Business conversation level Professional & Personal competencies: ● Ability to take responsibility for one's actions and statements ● Excellent at building positive relationships through active communication internally and externally, with effective people skills ● Superior communication skills, persuasiveness, foresight, and thorough preparation abilities ● Logical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to perform with a sense of urgency ● Team player with personal characteristics such as integrity, honesty, optimism, respect for others' feelings, compassion, and generosity ● Ambitious and flexible in adapting to changing environments |
