Regional Solution Field Manager for Cyber Security business - Japan The Regional Solution Field Manager works in close cooperation with the regional sales and support organization. Together they are responsible for the regional TNS of the Solution Field (SF). He/she has the business responsibility for all product and services classes of the SF in the region including budget and margin responsibility. He/she works closely with the Solution Field Head, the Product Field Managers & Service Managers and is responsible to define and implement the Solution Field strategy in the region. He/she is responsible for identifying regional customer needs, prioritizing regional requirements, and representing the customer towards the global organization. The Regional Solution Field Manager has the target authority for the Solution Field service team in the region. ・Owns, aligns and achieves revenue targets from business perspective ・Acts as empowered regional proxy for the Solution Field head ・Bridges regional sales to global Product Field P&L ・ P&L responsible for regional PSS (consulting and service business) segment ・Leads a group of ~14 teammembers (Security consultants, testing, field application engineers) リージョナル ソリューション フィールド マネージャー for サイバーセキュリティ ビジネス - Japan リージョナル ソリューション フィールド マネージャー（RSFM）は、リージョナルセールス組織と緊密に連携しています。 彼らはソリューションフィールド（SF）の地域TNS（売上）に責任があります。 RSFMは、この地域のSFのすべての製品およびサービスクラスに対してビジネス上の責任を負っています。 RSFMは、ソリューション フィールド ヘッド、リードプロダクト＆サービスマネージャーと緊密に連携し、グローバルSF戦略に沿った地域SF戦略を定義し実行する責任があります。 RSFMは、地域（日本）の顧客のニーズを特定し、地域（日本）の要件に優先順位を付け、グローバルな組織に対して顧客を代表する責任があります。 RSFMには、地域（日本）のソリューションフィールドサービスチーム（FAE、エンジニア、およびカスタマープロジェクトマネージャー）のターゲット権限があります。 ・ビジネスの観点から収益目標を管理、調整、達成する。 ・ソリューション分野責任者の地域（日本）代表としての役割 ・地域（日本）営業とグローバル製品分野の P&L を橋渡しする。 ・地域（日本）PSS（コンサルティングおよびサービスビジネス）セグメントのP&L責任者 ・約 14 名の部下 (セキュリティ コンサルタント、テスト、フィールド アプリケーション エンジニア) のグループを率いる。 |
