• Deal Sourcing and Screening: Proactively identify and assess potential investment opportunities by conducting market research and maintaining a strong network within the startup ecosystem • Due Diligence ＆ Deal negotiations: Lead due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research • Investment Proposals: Lead the preparation of investment memos and make proposals to the Investment Committee • Portfolio Management: Actively engage with portfolio companies as board directors or observers to provide support, monitor performance, provide guidance • Industry Research and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics domestically and globally |

【必須（MUST）】 • at least 3－5＋ years in VC or PE investment• total working experience at least 8＋ years • advanced market research, deal sourcing, due diligence experience • being able to read, write and negotiate contracts in English and Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 • excellent analytical skill－set• background in working in international teams • nice to have is working in a start－up |
