Strategic Initiative Development ●Develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the objectives of our sales and sales support teams. ●Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable plans to optimize sales processes and support functions. ●Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with broader business goals. Reporting and Analysis: ●Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, opportunities, customer needs, the competitive landscape, and areas for improvement to identify opportunities for strategic initiatives. ●Design and generate insightful reports for management, providing clear and actionable data to inform decision-making. ●Develop customized dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and metrics. Client / Sales Data Integrity and Platform Maintenance ●Collaborate closely with global sales teams to ensure client/sales data accuracy and integrity across all platforms, with a primary focus on Salesforce. ●Monitor and manage data quality, performing regular audits and cleanups to maintain reliable and up-to-date information. ●Implement best practices for data entry, validation, and reporting to enhance overall data integrity and reliability. Platform Enhancement and Innovation ●Propose and implement new ideas and enhancements to our existing sales and sales support platforms, fostering better transparency and collaboration. ●Evaluate and recommend new digital solutions that can benefit not only sales and sales support, but the broader company. ●Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our platforms remain cutting-edge and competitive. Stakeholder Management: ●Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, sales support teams, IT, and senior management. ●Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategic initiatives. ●Facilitate effective communication and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and address any concerns or challenges. Compliance ●Ensure all global sales activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. ●Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry practices and implement necessary adjustments to sales strategies and processes. ●Identify potential compliance risks related to global sales activities and develop strategies to mitigate these risks |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ●Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Japanese.●Over 2–3 years working experience in a similar role, or a related role within the asset management industry or financial services industry. ●Familiarity with data analysis and report creation |
