Be at the forefront of shaping the new guest and Crew Member experience - This is the opportune moment to be on the ground, contributing to the very foundation of a transformative era in our parks. 【JOB SUMMARY】 The Application Engineer’s role is set out to improve the overall functions of USJ’s Technical Services Division system landsacpe. Utilizing customer requirements to design, or re-design, develop, test, and implement complex software applications and programs. In addition, it will bridge different engineering teams and work with USJ IT and its global counterparts. It will provide daily operational support to solve issues /defects to ensure stability and fast turn around time for resolution. 【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】 ● Collaborate with internal partners, vendors and global counterparts in software development and sustain work of Maximo and other applications in the realm of enterprise asset management and predictive maintenance, writing code and scripts, including installing, maintaining, and testing applications : 30% ● Provide a system support role for day-to-day systems operations for multiple applications with the goal of evolving into the Maximo Subject Matter Expert (SME) in market : 25% ● Optimize applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrade as well as demonstrating prototypes and completed applications : 15% ● Lead Unit and System Integration Testing (SIT) and Release Management and Change Control processes along with other Universal Destinations & Experience (UDX) Technology compliance initiatives : 15% ● Document development processes, procedures, and application version histories, as well as keep up with technological advancements in application engineering and software upgrades : 15% ● Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities ● Perform other duties as assigned 【REQUIREMENTS】 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities (KSAs) required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ● Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and Oracle ERP, ERP Cloud, and SCM RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server or DB2) for the Backend ● Web Application server (WebSphere or WebLogic) for the Frontend ● Structured Query Language (SQL) and good understanding of object structure ● Experience in Phyton, Jython or Java for automation, and HTML for application design ● AX-WS (Java API for XML Web Services) for the integration with other platforms ● Birt, Power BI, Crystal, Cognos, or equivalent for the report writing ● Knowledge in the following functional area: Work Management, Procurement Management, Inventory Management ● Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies starting with IBM Maximo® Application Suite - integrated cloud-based platform that uses AI, IoT and analytics to optimize performance, extend asset lifecycles and reduce operational downtime, alongside configurable CMMS, EAM, APM and RCM applications, along with streamlined installation and administration ● Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in both written and spoken Japanese. English language capability is not required but is an advantage. ● Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws ● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment ● Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment ● Results oriented with a history of problem resolution and prevention ● Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams Consistent attendance is a job requirement. |

| 応募資格 |
【歓迎（WANT）】 EDUCATION:Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or software engineering or equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE: ● 5+ years of work experience in IT application engineering ● 5+ years’ experience in extensive experience in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining software ● 2+ years of experience with relational database and operating systems experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or DB2 ● General knowledge of network infrastructure and IT Security ● Report Creation experience: BIRT, Cognos, or Crystal reporting platform preferred ● Demonstrates awareness of and sensitivity to application accessibility and usability best practice guidelines |
