Update the forecast with Sales and Marketing dpt. － Measure accuracy and dispersion vs actual. Review monthly the potential discrepancies and implement action plan for improvement. － Talk directly to customers to increase understanding of their procurement policy － Support Finance in the elaboration of Budget and Plans. － Optimize the level of inventory by product category according to objectives and secure the availability of the products to customers. － Monitor fill－rate to customers, develop action plan to stick with the objectives. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Strong analytical skills with a data－driven approach and proactive mindset.－ Demonstrated experience as a Supply Chain Department Manager. － Experience with ERP systems, with SAP experience being a plus. － Proficiency in the MS Office suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel （excluding VBA）. － Hands－on, with a positive and approachable demeanor. － Fluent in Japanese and English （mandatory） － Genuine interest and ability to supervise and develop a team. － High attention to detail and accuracy. － Resilient under pressure. |
