仕事内容 A Fortune 500 Global Insurance company is looking for a Director of
Cybersecurity ＆ Security Advisory in the Information Security Group.

Responsibilities
－ Ensure our Information Security programs are properly followed to manage cyber security risks which are the combination of threats and vulnerabilities.
－ Plan and drive a strategy in Cybersecurity and Security Advisory mostly from technical perspective to meet the objectives of company and the organization.
－ Lead/participate in any relevant forums to discuss and assess new technologies such as AI to promote their secure usage.
－ Act as an escalation point on all operational/technical aspects of the providing services which include BAU, activities and responding to security events.
－ Assume the role of Cyber/Data Incident Lead to drive the incident response based on the Playbook, and continue improving the readiness.
労働条件 【Working Hours】
9:00 － 18:00（Mon － Fri）＊Hybrid （2 days Work from Home per week）

Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year－end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays, and Other Special Holidays

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－ Experience in cyber security related field which involves 3 years or more experience in people management
－ Business level English and advanced level Japanese proficiency
－ Ability to prepare accurate reports for all levels of staff in an appropriate clear language and provide oral presentation
－ Willing to learn new things in technologies and information security.
－ Business Application development experience or IT Infrastructure hardening experience
－ Bilingual in English and Japanese
