Reporting to the Regional Finance BP, the Country Finance BP will collaborate with the country MD’s and managers in their remit to provide financial and non-financial insight, budgeting/forecasting, analysis and guidance that drive informed decision-making and support the achievement of business objectives within an effective control environment. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Fluency in business English• Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent or; • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or qualified by experience • Prior experience in a subsidiary or division of a global organization. • Proficient in finance and accounting with a deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modelling. • Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations • Demonstrated understanding of previous organization's industry, market dynamics, and knowledge of competitors. • Experience in working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and in cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Track record of conducting in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making. • Proficiency in preparing and delivering financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders. • Familiarity with financial software and tools, including ERP systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
