At our business, we're pioneering that future with an innovative whole-home mesh Wi-Fi router. We're more than just connecting the internet; we're building the foundation for the smart home revolution. We are the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn't a home layout or connected device we can't handle. Fixing connectivity is, however, just the start. We're working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together to the cloud. About The Role The APAC Business Development Manager is responsible for selling at the most strategic level within the account and implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation. Earning the trust of our partners, effectively negotiating terms and closing deals that lead to enduring relationships. You'll enlist the support of your peers to ensure that strategies scale, and make smart trade-offs (e.g., short- vs. long-term account needs). You'll identify gaps between teams, processes and plans, and demonstrate good judgment in how and when to escalate. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across the telco/ISP space and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets. Key job responsibilities ● Forge strategic partnerships across the Retail/Telco/ISP landscape, building trust and driving win-win outcomes. ● Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Partners. ● Develop compelling value propositions for our Service Provider programs and Retailers, identifying opportunities to delight customers with innovative solutions. ● Collaborate with internal teams across the company to solve complex problems and develop scalable solutions. ● Secure new deals that meet and exceed business unit goals, driving subscriber growth. ● Analyze market data and customer needs to identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities. ● Lead geographic expansion efforts, strategizing and collaborating with the broader team. ● Foster strong relationships with leadership, influencing team goals and driving success. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - 15+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience- Bachelor's degree - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience working with and selling to Internet Service Providers - Language: Japanese (Native Level) and English (Business Level | TOEIC 850 or above) 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Experience in a Consumer Electronics business.- Self-driven, with ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Operates with a high degree of autonomy and can handle the ambiguity of a rapidly-evolving workplace. - A strong understanding of networking and/or technology as a service (Iaas,SaaS,PaaS) is preferred. - Can establish credibility and work with business and technical owners. B2B and/or product management experience preferred. - Has experience overseeing large or complex relationships that are considered business critical. - Operates with a high degree of autonomy and can handle the ambiguity of a rapidly-evolving workplace. |
