Our Brand Merchandising Department in Tokyo, Japan is looking for a Merchandising Manager - Product Management Japan Purpose ・Creating short-term & mid-term business plan for assigned brand* (Brand to be assigned based on candidate’s experience) ・Develop and implement short-term and mid-term MD strategies and plans in ways to build brand equity/loyalty and contribute to sales fundamentals(e.g.footfall,VPT,UPT,PPP), aiming to sustainable brand, sales,and profitable growth. Your Responsibilities: ・Provide useful data and insight to execute short-term & mid-term Merchandizing plan (Product line/Category/Pricing/SKU/PLC) into action through past and on-going data analysis, especially how to grow business in each Channel , i.e. improve productivity per sales area ・Building MD Strategy with Analysis of business results ,market size and consumer needs understandings ・Building Key Products concept with brand marketing and product design team ・Improvement of the product mix on the consumer-based strategy(Category , Bra-needs , Bra-price) ・Improvement of SKU efficiency on the consumer-based strategy(Category , Bra-needs , Bra-price) ・Sales promotion planning and results review |

【必須(MUST)】 - More than 5 year professional work experience- More than 3 year Merchandising experience / Product Development in Apparel, Retail, or related business with focus on female apparel category for Japan market. - Leadership experience of a small team - Business English, native Japanese language skills 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Experienced in handling more than 1,000 SKUs- Experienced in handling multiple product categories |
