• Maintains CI implementation schedules for assigned projects, progress updates as required, and provides documentation that demonstrates the direct link between the CI process implementation and Plant Operations improvements. • Provides CI training and coaching at all levels of the plant. • Work with process owner to develop value stream maps for each process and each value stream family within the facility. • Support PRD department to complete time studies to develop production standards for products. • Interface with Maintenance department to identify maintenance, repair and TPM. • Interface with Process Engineer on projects addressing staffing, manpower, time and capacity analysis. • Support SCM departments in improvement projects relating to scheduling, inventory management and raw material flow and tracking. • Team with the Plant Controller to clarify savings and profit results of CI activities. • Utilizes the concepts of CI and cost reduction in the execution of the job function. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor’s Degree• 3-5 years experiences in operations • Experience in identifying areas of improvement • Knowledge of Lean, Six sigma, continuous improvement or process improvement • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Strong understanding of contemporary problem-solving tools and techniques • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and drive change management across teams • Ability to build effective working relationships throughout the organization • Excellent computer skills (Excel / Word / Power Point) • Excellent communication skill in Japanese, English is added advantage |

米国ミシガン州に本社のあるテネコは、排気処理関連のクリーンエア製品、サスペンション関連のショックアブソーバー、並びにパワートレイン製品を提供する自動車部品のグローバルサプライヤーです。
その米国テネコ社のクリーンエア事業部の日本法人である当社は、グローバル展開する日本企業の顧客窓口としてサポートを行う一方、2012年に大阪府泉佐野市に製造拠点を開設し、DOC（ディーゼル酸化触媒）やDPF（ディーゼル微粒子除去装置）、SCR（選択触媒還元）システムといった各種ディーゼル後処理装置を製造しています。
また2016年にはテクニカルセンターを横浜市に開設し、後処理制御システムの各種試験、解析、プロトタイプの製作などを行うようになり、テネコジャパンがTier 1サプライヤーとしての機能を提供できる体制を整えました。
