Key position be accountable for a broad range of accounting and controlling matters.
Work closely with whole APAC accounting team （based in CN, AUS, KR） to drive simplification, process optimization and efficiency.

•Oversee and be accountable for financial compliance, lead GL as well as commercial order to cash process.
•Play a vital role in providing market insights and recommendations for the purpose of being compliant and regular improvement.
•Proactively identify and being sensitive to potential accounting issues.
•Looking after monthly book close, own and execute closing process.
•To manage manual journal entries relating to payroll, deferral amortization, expense accruals etc.
•BS reconciliations and analytical review.
•Lead statutory accounts preparation and audit.
•Execution of commercial order to cash process with APAC team
•Monitor and identify regular improvement on commercial order to cash process.
•Support and participate APAC ＆ Global accounting initiatives.
•Reconciliation between US and Local GAAP. Support and coordinate group audit request.
•Other ad hoc works.
労働条件 ○想定年収：応相談　Base Package （Monthly ＋Bonus）＋RSU（25％ずつ4年間で支給）
※目安 13～20MIL JPY 予算に制限なし 柔軟な対応方針

○勤務地：本社　東京都内
WFHベースでOK、月1回オフィス出社（国内出張扱い）できれば地方在住可

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

Education: Accounting/Business/Finance Bachelor degree
Computer Skills Strong SAP knowledge required （S/4 Hana preferred）, Blackline, Excel, Power BI

•Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/business/economics.
•Minimum 10＋ years of relevant experience in similar positions.
•Experience in multinational Pharmaceutical /Lifesciences is mandatory.
•Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, local accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
•Excellent spoken/ written English and Japanese.
•Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
•Cultural sensitivity, capability of working under hybrid organization
•Highly self－motivated, independent with the flexibility and creativity in a rapidly growing environment.
•Good teamwork player
•Based in Japan
