| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Experienced Supply Chain Leader: Demonstrates a robust cross－functional understanding, encompassing Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance.－ Business Planning ＆ Product Management: Skilled in business planning, product management, and process integration. － ERP Proficiency: Possesses hands－on experience with ERP systems. － Language Skills: Proficient in business－level English and native or business－level Japanese. － Kaizen Mindset: Committed to continuous improvement and efficiency. － Resilient ＆ Consistent: Maintains high expectations and effective stakeholder engagement. － Core Competencies: Strong in communication, teamwork, organization, and thought leadership. |
