＜職務内容＞ 日本およびアセアン地域における市場分析、セールス戦略の立案・実行を担っていただきます。リージョン間でのベストプラクティス共有・推進や、販売パフォーマンス最大化・最適化するための、リスク＆オポチュニティの分析を行い、マネジメントにレポートしていただきます。 Team Mission & Activities Lead the Global Sales Ops (GSLS) JAPAN and ASEAN to be a liaison between Global Sales and the regions and ensure implementation of GSLS strategy. Clearly communicate GSLS strategy and assist regions with implementation Share best practices from across the globe to assist regions improve their Sales Operations Assess risk & opportunity of regional sales performance to ensure optimal performance The Role of This Position Lead the exercise of reviewing sales performance (i.e., retail sales, market share, wholesale) and Quality of Sales. Provide direction and insights to your team to assist them in providing the most beneficial evaluation. Provide input to GM in the development of global standards & guidelines. Lead the deployment of these standards & guidelines to the regions and advise regions on implementation. 【必須（MUST）】 以下、両方のご経験をお持ちの方・海外市場での販売オペレーションの経験 ・マルチカルチュラルな環境下でリーダーシップを発揮したことのある経験 ・日本語・英語の両方でビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力 Advanced regional sales operation experience to guide and coach the Global Sales Division team members Leadership ability to lead a diverse, multi-cultural team to achieve multiple global objectives ・TOEIC：730点以上 ビジネス英語レベル以上 Business-level fluency in English ・自動車業界経験：あれば尚可 Experience of the car industry：preferred 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・自動車業界知識（OEM、自動車部品関連会社での知見など）・Knowledge of the automotive industry （OEM, automotive parts-related companies, etc） ・TOEIC：800点以上 ・自動車業界経験：必須/Experience of the car industry：Requierd |
