Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct in-depth analysis of the financial market, including business models, market trends, and customer needs, and develop business expansion strategies to identify target markets and potential customer groups. 2. Identify and engage with potential financial institution partners, including banks and investment firms, to establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships, enhancing the depth and breadth of collaboration. 3. Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, develop targeted product promotion plans, and be responsible for selling the company's products and services to financial institutions to achieve sales targets. 4. Lead business negotiations, consult with financial institutions on cooperation terms, and ensure that contract terms are in line with the company's interests and comply with legal regulations. 5. Manage projects in cooperation with financial institutions to ensure the achievement of project objectives. 6. Understand and comply with the legal regulations and compliance requirements of the financial industry, assess the risks of cooperative projects, and develop risk control and mitigation measures. 7. Maintain good relationships with financial institutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 8. Monitor the progress and performance of business development activities, regularly report to management, and based on performance data, propose improvement strategies to promote continuous business growth. |

勤務地:：東京都港区東新橋(最寄りJR浜松町駅から約800メートル徒歩11分) 契約期間：期間の定めなし 試用期間：あり（6カ月） （試用期間も給料は変わらず、残業代も出ます。） 就業時間：9:00～18:00（休憩1時間） 変動あり フレックスタイム制（30分） 休日 ：土日、日本の祝日、その他会社が指定する日 休暇 ：年次有給休暇 残業 ：あり （法定時間外労働、法定休日又は深夜労働に対しての割増率，法定時間外労働:25% / 法定休日労働:35% / 深夜労働:25%） 社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給(上限月額30,000円） |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, marketing, or a related field.2.Over 3 years of experience in business development or a related role in the financial industry. 3.Familiarity with the operations of financial markets and financial institutions. 4.Good business negotiation skills and project management capabilities. 5.Ability to work independently while also being a team player. 6.Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness. 7.Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. |
