(English follows Japanese) 【チームのミッション/責任】 知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現する車両検証環境の構築 【職務内容】 他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。 また、海外での現地評価、開発なども行って頂きます。 具体的な業務内容 ・周辺理解のための環境モデルソフトウエアの設計および組み込み実装開発 ・センサーフュージョン、シーン理解、グリッドマップおよびリスク予測、自車位置推定等のソフトウエア設計および組み込み実装開発 【開発ツール等】 ・言語：C、C++、Python、ROS、DDS ・OS：QNX、Linux ・クラウドデプロイ系環境ツール：AWS、Azure、GCP、Docker、Git、Kubernetes 等 【この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル】 ・大規模システムにおける組み込み実装開発スキルと商品化の経験 ・ハイエンドなECU・SoCにおける組み込みソフトウェア設計・実装開発 【Team’s Mission / Responsibilities】 Construction of a vehicle verification environment to realize intelligent autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. 【Job description】 You will collaborate with various departments, development partners, and research institutions both domestically and internationally to work on the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. You will also be involved in on-site evaluations and development overseas. Specific job responsibilities ・Design and embedded implementation development of environment model software for peripheral understanding. ・Software design and embedded implementation development of sensor fusion, scene understanding, grid map and risk prediction, and ego-localization. 【Development tools】 ・Languages: C, C++, Python, ROS, DDS ・OS: QNX, Linux ・Cloud deployment environment tools: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, etc. 【Experience and skills gained through this role】 ・Experience in embedded software development and product commercialization for large-scale systems. Embedded software design and implementation for high-end ECUs and SoCs. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・自動運転/運転支援やロボティクス領域における組み込み実装開発の経験（いずれか3年以上）事例） ・object認識、走行レーン認識等自律走行に必要な環境認識アルゴリズムのソフト設計・実装 ・カメラやLidar等を用いた人や物体等の動体検出・トラッキングアルゴリズムのソフト設計・実装 ・3+ years of embedded implementation development experience in autonomous driving/driver assistance or robotics. Examples ・Software design and implementation of environmental perception algorithms necessary for autonomous driving, such as object recognition and lane detection. ・Software design and implementation of motion detection and tracking algorithms for people and objects using cameras, lidars, etc. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・自動運転、安全運転支援システムに関する知識・開発経験、組み込みコード実装の経験（経験3年以上）・大規模システムにおけるソフトウエア開発経験、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験（経験3年以上） ・組み込みECU上でのメモリ使用量削減、プロセス/スレッド割付最適化 ・組み込み向け量産コードの開発経験、ソフトウェアテスト、ASIL対応、Automotive SPICELevel2以上の開発経験 ・実車を用いた自動運転/運転支援機能の機能評価の経験 3+ years of knowledge, development experience, and embedded code implementation experience related to autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems. ・3+ years of experience in software development and project management for large-scale systems. ・Experience in reducing memory usage, optimizing process/thread allocation on embedded ECUs. ・Experience in developing mass-production code for embedded systems, software testing, ASIL compliance, and Automotive SPICE Level 2 or higher development. ・Experience in functional evaluation of autonomous driving/driver assistance functions using actual vehicles. 語学力：ビジネスレベルの英語力 Language Skills：Business-level English |
