(English follows Japanese) 【チームのミッション/責任】 知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現する、AI技術、クラウド技術を用いた大規模学習システム開発。 【職務内容】 他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。 また、海外での現地評価、開発なども行って頂きます。 具体的な業務内容 ・機械学習等のAI技術を活用した認知技術向上を加速するためのフリート車両を使ったデータ収集およびアップロードシステムの構築 ・クラウドシステムを使った開発システム(MLOps等)の構築やシャドーモードを利用した評価システムの構築 ・フリート車両上でのサンドボックス実行を可能とするアイソレーション環境・仮想環境の構築 【開発ツール等】 ・MBD系ツール：Rational、Rapsody 等 ・言語：C、C++、Java、 Python、SysML、UML ・AIツール：Pytorch、TensorFlow、MLflow、Metaflow 等 ・クラウドデプロイ系環境ツール：AWS、 Azure、GCP、Docker、Kubernetes 等 【この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル】 ・最先端のAI技術開発スキルと商品化の経験 ・商品の付加価値向上へ直結するシステム設計・開発 【Team’s Mission / Responsibilities】 Development of large-scale learning systems using AI and cloud technologies to realize intelligent autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. 【Job description】 You will collaborate with various departments, development partners, and research institutions both domestically and internationally to work on the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. You will also be involved in on-site evaluations and development overseas. Specific job responsibilities ・Construction of data collection and upload systems for fleet vehicles to accelerate the improvement of cognitive technologies utilizing AI technologies such as machine learning. ・Construction of development systems (such as MLOps) using cloud systems and evaluation systems using shadow mode. ・Construction of isolated and virtual environments enabling sandbox execution on fleet vehicles. 【Development tools】 ・MBD tools: Rational, Rhapsody, etc. ・Languages: C, C++, Java, Python, SysML, UML ・AI tools: Pytorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Metaflow, etc. ・Cloud deployment environment tools: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, etc. 【Experience and skills gained through this role】 ・Experience in developing state-of-the-art AI technologies and commercializing products. ・Experience in designing and developing systems that directly enhance product value. |

【必須（MUST）】 ・モビリティ業界の経験不問・プログラミング能力(C/C++/Python(Pytorch)) ・No prior experience in the mobility industry required. ・Programming skills (C/C++/Python(Pytorch)) 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・AWS等クラウド環境構築経験・機械学習環境構築経験 ・サンドボックス環境構築、仮想化技術活用経験 ・CICD環境構築の経験 ・カメラ、レーダー(ミリ波等)、ライダー、ソナーなどセンサーに関する基礎知識または実務経験 ・ISO26262に関する業務経験 ・自動運転、安全運転支援システムに関する知識・開発経験 ・GDPR 等プライバシーポリシーに関する知識・開発経験 ・大規模システムの開発経験、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験 ・Agile開発の経験、スクラムマスターの経験 ・オブジェクト指向開発（SysML、UML）、要求分析、システムアーキ設計の経験 ・Automotive SPICELevel2以上の職場での開発経験 Experience in building cloud environments such as AWS. Experience in building machine learning environments. Experience in building sandbox environments and utilizing virtualization technologies. Experience in building CI/CD environments. Basic knowledge or practical experience with sensors such as cameras, radars (millimeter wave, etc.), lidars, and sonars. Experience with ISO 26262. Knowledge and development experience related to autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems. Knowledge and development experience related to privacy policies such as GDPR. Experience in developing large-scale systems and project management. Experience in Agile development and as a Scrum Master. Experience in object-oriented development (SysML, UML), requirements analysis, and system architecture design.
