【募集する職位】 管理職：Vice President １）Job/Group Overview： Nomura is a global financial services group with an integrated global network spanning over 30 countries. Japan IT (Information Technology) is a diverse environment with employees of over 25 nationalities, who work on technical support, application development and implementation of system changes for Japan Retail Wealth Management Business and Global Wholesale (Global Markets and Investment Banking). The IT Service Department is responsible for IT budgets, IT operations, project management, and technology governance, including the Nomura Securities Wealth Management Department. As mentioned above, the IT Service Department is responsible for a wide range of IT control roles, but the Architecture Department, where this position is located, focuses on promoting system standardization and architecture management. In the Nomura Group, each department has traditionally used the most appropriate platform, technology stack, and development method according to its business characteristics. On the other hand, in recent years, the benefits of the latest technologies, such as cloud native technologies, and the expansion of the API economy have increased the importance of quickly developing business. Therefore, it has become very important for IT to provide services flexibly without being tied to a specific department. The Nomura Group has prepared a general platform and an operation model centered on in-house development for the entire group, and has begun activities aimed at flexibly providing high-quality applications. The Architecture Division supports and promotes activities to adapt the platform and operation model to each application from the aspect of architecture. 野村グループは、グローバル金融サービス・グループとして、世界約30の国や地域にネットワークを有しています。日本のインフォメーション・テクノロジー部門は、25以上の国籍のメンバーが在籍する多様な環境であり、日本のリテール・ウェルスマネジメントビジネス、グローバルホールセール（グローバルマーケッツとインベストメントバンキング）において、テクニカルサポート、アプリケーション開発、システム変更などの業務に従事しています。野村グループは、充実した福利厚生、トレーニングやスキルアップの機会を提供し、ダイバーシティー、エクイティとインクルージョンの推進、従業員の健康とウェルビーイングを重視しています。 IT推進部は野村證券ウェルス・マネジメント部門等のIT予算/IT運営/プロジェクト統括/テクノロジー・ガバナンスを担う部署です。 IT推進部は上記の通り幅広いIT統制全般の役割を担っておりますが、今回のポジションが存在するアーキテクチャー課はその中でもシステムの標準化推進及びアーキテクチャー管理にフォーカスして活動を行っております。 元来野村グループでは各ビジネス特性に応じて各部門で最適なプラットフォーム・テクノロジースタック・開発手法を利用してきました。一方昨今、クラウドネイティブ等の最新技術の恩恵やAPIエコノミーの広がりからビジネスをすばやく展開することの重要性が増してきており、そのためには特定の部門に縛られずフレキシブルにサービスを提供することがITとしてとても重要になってきております。 野村グループでは汎用的なプラットフォームや内製化を中心としたオペレーションモデルを野村グループ全体に用意して、質の高いアプリケーションをフレキシブルに提供できることを目指した活動を開始しております。 アーキテクチャー課ではそのプラットフォーム及びオペレーションモデルを各アプリケーションに適合させる活動をアーキテクチャーの側面から支援・推進しております。 ２）Responsibilities： As a member of the team examining the enterprise architecture, you will examine, formulate, and promote the enterprise architecture of (mainly) the Wealth Management Division in coordination with the overseas team that manages the architecture of the Nomura Group as a whole. Specifically, you plan or revise the architectural strategies for the business, data, application, and technology layers, and document the policies in Japanese. At the same time, you check whether the design of individual applications complies with the policies, and if simple compliance is difficult, they discuss new solutions with an application owner. We should not only focus on technology governance, but also consider the specific restrictions of each project and the developer experience. エンタープライズ アーキテクトを検討するチームの一員として、野村グループ全体のアーキテクチャーを管理している海外チームと調整しながら、（主に）ウェルス・マネジメント部門のエンタープライズ・アーキテクチャーの検討・策定・推進を実施いたします。 具体的にはビジネス/データ/アプリケーション/テクノロジー各レイヤーのアーキテクチャー戦略を立案あるいは修正して、その方針を日本語で文書化します。同時に個別アプリケーションの設計がその方針に準拠しているか確認し、単純準拠が難しい場合に新たなソリューションをアプリケーション担当者と共に検討いたします。 テクノロジー・ガバナンスだけにこだわるのではなく、案件の個別事情やディベロッパー・エクスペリエンスにも配慮する姿勢が求められます。 |

【必須（MUST）】 ・Experience in developing an IT environment as an infrastructure engineer while being aware of the ・company's overall system configuration・Or experience working on technology architecture documentation ・Or experience working on various applications as a solution architect ・Ability to coordinate and negotiate with various stakeholders both inside and outside the company ・Ability to create PowerPoint/Word documents in Japanese ・Communication skills in Japanese (business level) ・Communication skills in English (daily conversation level) ・インフラエンジニアとして会社全体のシステム構成を意識しながらIT環境整備した経験 ・あるいは テクノロジー・アーキテクチャーの資料作成に関わった経験 ・あるいは 様々なアプリケーションにソリューリョン・アーキテクトとして関わった経験 ・社内外の様々な関係者との調整・交渉ができるコミュニケーション力 ・日本語によるPowerPoint/Word文書作成能力 ・日本語によるコミュニケーションスキル(ビジネスレベル) ・英語によるコミュニケーションスキル(日常会話レベル) 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Work experience as an IT architect or IT consultant・Or experience developing enterprise architecture or reviewing company-wide systems ・Communication skills in English (business level) ・ＩＴアーキテクトあるいはITコンサルタントとしての実務経験 ・あるいはエンタープライズ・アーキテクチャー策定や会社全体のシステム構想検討に携わった経験 ・英語によるコミュニケーションスキル(ビジネスレベル) |
