〈コンサルタントの声〉 ■アクティブな方に絶好のチャンス アウトドアやレジャーが大好きな経理プロフェッショナルには、アウトドアレジャー関連の企業で働く絶好のチャンスです！ ■組織変革 企業サポート機能を構築するための強力なバックオフィスの構築に貢献する、意欲的な候補者に絶好の機会です！ ■本社との緊密なチームワーク このポジションは、少人数の経理チームにて、グローバル本社と日本の営業活動の調整を行います。多文化の環境で働くポジションをお探しの方にお勧めです！ 〈業務内容詳細〉 Accounting ＆ Reporting （will implement SAP in the future） － Ensures accurate accounting （including appropriate accruals/deferrals） so financial statements present a true view of the financial position, financial performance and cash flows of the reported period － Handles fixed assets and supervises asset accounting ledger － Accounts payables and compliance with the rules and principles of the internal control system － Responsible for monthly and annual closings including closing with organizational timetable － Depreciation runs, posts accrual / deferral entries and revaluations, write offs and provisions. － Reconciles all clearing and company accounts － Ensures compliance with all relevant local legislation （e.g.: statutory accounting, tax law, transfer pricingettc） and internal group accounting guidelines － While maintaining quality, continuously drives efficiency by streamlining processes － Support of projects （e.g. SAP FI projects, implementation/updates of Accounting tools） |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Accouinting qualification （Boki 1st grade, USCPA etc） highly preferred－ Minimum 5 years experience working in multinational environment － Strong knowledge in Japan Tax legislation, local GAAP and IFRS － Mandatory SAP （FI, CO, COPA and BI） and ideally HFM user knowledge － Fluent English communication on speaking, writing and listening － Self－motivated and flexible, be able to work in a fast－paced, ever－changing environment |
