You will be responsible to analyze mass data and execution of the reliability test to provide technical validation data to the product development team and the customers. • Since the product requirements, test requirements, estimated life cycles must be clarified during the early phases of product development, your role will be to build detailed test procedures and technical requirements by providing assumptions and calculations from legacy test data and industrial reports. You will be suggesting the technology development requirements based on new technology and methodology with product development engineering, and manufacturing engineering teams. • During the product development execution, you will provide the customer engineering data and information, such as dimensional analysis results, simulation data, and test data to get their feedback throughout the process to ensure the product meets their requirements. • You will be leading the failure mode analysis and improvement plan in development and production phase. You will provide the technical report to summarize the root cause analysis, brainstorming, improvement options, and test data. Also initiating the improvement plan and execute it with development engineering team and plant engineer for product improvement. • You may be assigned to on-site problem fix on new product development, quality related workshop in China plant. 責任： • Product concept feasibility assessment by Design Of Experiments (DOE) : Plan and execute DOE for concept feasibility study to assist Product Development Engineer (PDE) to select the best suitable design options • Test method development: Reliability and functionality test method validation when we install new type of reliability or functional test method. • Product reliability test execution: Test jig, fixture and test PCB design and preparation • Create test plan satisfying the test objective which is provided from PDE. • Execute the reliability test in the laboratory and/or supervise the reliability test at the internal/external laboratory. • Failure analysis on the customer sample: Lead failure analysis and identify the source of the failure if it came from customer’s irregular process, TE design or TE manufacturing process. • Interacting with the customer and deliver the failure analysis report as appropriate. • Dimensional measurement methodology (Metrology) developments for new product: New measurement method and/or new metrology program development for new products. • Workmanship specification development as appropriate, cosmetic criteria for example. • Contribute to DFMEA from the view of the reliability and functionality test requirements. It will be done at concept reviews especially when we apply new component, material, or process technology. • Mitigate the identified risks from historical test data where possible. • Assess DFM checklist from quality engineer perspective. • Problem solving: Lead problem solving when PDE faces significant issues which requires cross functional actions on prototyping samples. • Data analytics: Lead data analytics when the given problem is complex. • Support the data analytics of production data and provide the improvement proposal. • Join PFMEA review, review First Article Inspection (FAI) data, tooling design review, Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) review. |

【必須（MUST）】 【応募資格】• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a quality engineering or product development engineering. Experience in electrical components industry is ideal. • English skill, fluent in both oral and written English. (TOEIC over 600 points) • Basic understanding of mechanical designs including GD&T, structural mechanics and manufacturing process on stamping, injection molding, plating, and assembly. • Ability to work in a global environment, able to collaborate with individuals across geographies. • Complete technical documents, including design specification, test report, engineering presentation. • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Experience of direct customer interaction is a PLUS.• Knowledge and the experience with SixSigma, SPC, or statistical analysis is a PLUS. • Experience in connector or socket product development is a strong PLUS. • The capability of manipulating CAD tools (Creo, SpaceClaim, etc.) is a PLUS. グローバルな環境でより自身の成長を遂げたい方。 |
