DAZN Creative is looking for a multi-disciplined, hands-on Creative Director to lead the creative output for the market. DAZN Creative is DAZN’s in-house creative agency that services the creative needs of various key internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Programming and Editorial, Social to name a few. This Tokyo-based role reports into the Head of Creative Japan. We are after an exciting creative problem solver with strong creative leadership experience and a bias to action. The successful candidate will be one of the key members in the growth of the Japan platform. You will be the go-to creative leader for big mass media reach and customer acquisition campaigns, developing and driving creative solutions across everything you touch. A proven leader and strong communicator you will be comfortable writing and interrogating creative briefs and confident handling a spectrum of senior internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on senior creative leadership role with clear expectations of not only planning, but successfully executing and delivering effective creative solutions that drive step-change growth for our business. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of sport storytelling across all content formats both on and off platform. Whilst experienced in ideation and concepting, this is a role largely focused on creative execution and you will be happiest at the sharp end of production. As our new Creative Director Japan, you’ll have the opportunity to: Your core responsibilities will be: ・Creative direction across all Japan marketing, social and platform briefs to elevate storytelling, quality and core brand values. Inspire all those you work with to think outside the box. ・Creative leader on all Advertising/Integrated marketing campaigns, accountable for end-to-end delivery of entire output ・Form strong relationships with all key internal stakeholders and be comfortable presenting creative ideas to wider senior executives in the business. ・Work closely with DAZN Creative Central team based in London, to help unify DAZN's output globally. ・To provide creative inspiration and leadership to a team of editors, designers. ・Develop and inspire a small team of creatives responsible for servicing the creative needs of internal stakeholders and selective global business partners with a hands-on approach to script/copywriting, directing sizzle reel edits and executive presentations. | 応募資格 |
