私たちAptivは今後2年間に10以上の車両プラットフォームを立ち上げるために、当社のグローバル開発チームをサポートする才能あるシステムエンジニアを募集しています。 日本車OEMのお客様に対し、ADAS関連の先進技術を用いた製品をご担当いただきます。 顧客と国内外のエンジニアチームとのブリッジとなり、製品仕様の要件定義や仕様書の作成をリードすることがメインの役割となります。 将来的にはチーム マネージャーやエンジニアリング プロジェクト リーダーなどのキャリアパスがございます。 We at Aptiv are looking for a talented Systems Engineer to support our global development team as we launch over 10 vehicle platforms in the next 2 years. You will be responsible for products using advanced ADAS-related technologies for JOEM customers. Your main role will be to act as a bridge between the customer and the domestic and international engineering teams, defining product specification requirements and writing specifications. In the future, there are career paths such as Engineering Team Manager and Engineering Project Leader etc. ■仕事内容 【主な業務内容/Key responsibilities】 ・ステークホルダーの要望を分析し、システムのユースケースとシステム機能をシステム要件として製品定義書に明記する Analyze Stakeholder Requests and to specify the System Use Cases and the System Functions as System Requirements in the PDD (Product Definition Document). ・システムチームのリーダーとしてステークホルダーからの要求事項の完全性に責任を持ち、トレーサビリティ、検証基準、責任体制を確立する As the leader of the system team, you are responsible for the completeness towards Stakeholder Requirements and establishes traceability, verification criteria’s and responsibilities ・非機能製品/プラットフォーム要件、プロセスおよびプロジェクト実行要件、テストおよびバリデーション要件、製造要件などを指定する Specifies non-functional product / platform requirements, process and project execution requirements, requirements for test and validation, requirements for manufacturing ・すべての担当者／チームとシステム要件を調整・整合させ、システム要件をレビューし、結果として生じる問題を明確にする Coordinates and aligns system requirements with all affected competencies / teams and ensures review of system requirements and clarification of resulting issues ・プロダクトオーナーと共に、顧客との間での未解決の質問を明確化する Clarifies open questions with customer with Product Owner ・システムFMEAをリードする Leads System FMEA ・システムチェックアウトをリードする Leads system checkout ・要件定義、問題分析を含むテスト結果の報告のため、顧客とのコミュニケーションをリードする Leads the communication with customer to define requirement, report test results including issue analysis. 【Moving mobility forward】 私たちは、モビリティを進化させるテクノロジー企業、Aptivです。AptivとはAdaptiveness(適応力)とDrive(原動力)を表し、我々の知識、システム・インテグレーション技術、ソフトウェア技術、能力を駆使して次世代のモビリティー開発をリードし、未来を描き、それを実現化する想いがこめられています。弊社は、横浜と豊田に拠点を持ち、日本国内では車両メーカー向けに歴史あるエレクトロニクスビジネスと新しいテクノロジービジネスを展開しています。 We are Aptiv, a technology company that advances mobility, and Aptiv stands for Adaptiveness and Drive, our desire to lead the development of next-generation mobility by leveraging our knowledge, systems integration technology, software technology, and capabilities to envision and realize the future.
