About the Team The global Music Content Solutions team aims to work with top music record labels/publishers in the industry, to develop mutually beneficial and friendly cooperative relationships, explore cutting-edge technology and best class user experiences, and strive tirelessly to build a world-leading music content management platform. Specifically, we'd support onboarding music partners onto key business scenarios, guarantee their catalog ingestion, reporting, content management, publishing rights, etc to further strengthen the music copyright management capabilities of the whole music team. In the past, the team played a significant role in music partners' copyright negotiations and business applications. Moving forward, members will keep chasing the goal with high motivation and passion to grow together. Responsibilities - Manage and optimize relationships with external APAC music partners——particularly JP, KR, SEA, TW area, etc. (including driving communication with partners; working with central music content management team to pro-actively ingest partner catalogs and push live, manage delivery quality and product updates). - Responsible for ingesting copyrighted music into the central music database, ensuring timely online release and accurate license details, providing stable and compliant music content services for relevant business parties. - Work with internal teams to align on shared goals and execute such opportunities, with a focus on education, partnership growth, record label engagement and content quality management. Act as the main touchpoint with cross functional teams in the APAC region for content ingestion and management. - Understand partner requirements and marry them with product and technical developments, develop a deep understanding of how technology can help to create new opportunities for our partners and users. - Represent our company at industry DDEX conferences and other public speaking opportunities, to build trust with partners and support industry narrative across APAC territories. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Minimum 3+ years experience of working within either music partnership, streaming content, content management within the music industry.- Deep understanding of the music industry including music deals, music copyright and content management(i.e.DDEX integration); Experience in DSP is highly preferred. - A highly organized person with effective collaboration and communication skills of working cross functionally with engineers, product managers, legal and other business stakeholders. Establish and maintain close relationships with internal and external partners across APAC. - Proficient in English and Japanese. Any other Asian language is a plus but not a must as the role closely communicates with key stakeholders across APAC. 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Proficient in data analysis related tools, i.e.SQL/Dashboard is preferred qualification- Experience processing high volumes of information, managing multi-tasks autonomously or project management is a plus. |
