仕事内容 • Create strategic external communication strategy and execute external communication program to promote as a corporate brand.
Expose unique culture and initiatives as employer of choice.
• Support brand PR activities working with Marketing team.
• Protect corporate reputation and minimize business risk by handling social media issues and other
corporate reputation risk. This includes handling PRIMPs, CALM and recalls.
• Utilize social media for corporate brand building working with P&O and other functions.
• Bring social media capability into organization by promoting guideline, training, etc.
• Lead and support purpose related programs (Petcare: “A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS”, Snacking:
Inspire moments of everyday happiness). This includes continue and improve sponsorship the school project to bet utilize sponsorship.

• Seek, propose, improve and innovate more effective and efficient ways of working in own area of
responsibility in terms of when, where, and how to work.
• Identify opportunities and propose new and/or continuous improvement ideas where the team
and the cross-functional team (e.g., project team) could work more effectively and efficiently
together.
• Lead and drive changes by taking action, practicing, and being the catalyst
• Articulate and escalate challenges and/or issues that require support from upper managers.
• Effectively understand each other genuinely. Actively listen to stakeholders and check for
understanding. Deliver messages concisely by adjusting style and contents to meet various needs
of stakeholders.
• When any gaps are identified, demonstrate a proactive mindset and volunteer to tackle to solve
them even beyond own responsibilities.
• Heighten perspective, collaborate and Influence beyond function and company level by utilizing
own expertise area
Drive Team Engagement and Talent Development:
• Lead Team Engagement and Talent Development in own sub-function by demonstrating Great
Line Management (GLM) in a daily practice
• Co-develop the Local CA strategies with CA

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

• Over 8 years of experience in external communication, brand
building, social media and crisis communication.
• Experience in planning and leading external communication
programs
• Experience in utilizing social media for brand building.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Japanese
• Business acumen to understand what’s important for the business.
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive multi-task
