| 仕事内容 |
• Responsible for a portfolio of ZF LIFETEC´s Passive Safety products (Airbags, Seat Belts, Steering Wheels) within our Japanese OEMs global account • Responsible for business acquisition, business development, serial life and financial profitability in line with the account strategy ; manage the negotiation process with the customer • Support the Account Director with developing battle plans and sales presentations for new market acquisitions • Main contact for customer related tasks within all of the sales development phases: from the RFQ until and after the launch of the product • Work hand in hand with other internal departments – engineering, finance, operations, product line to prepare customer quotations and conduct successful negotiations. ・日系OEMグローバルアカウント向けの、ZF LIFETECパッシブセーフティ製品（エアバッグ、シートベルト、ステアリングホイール）におけるポートフォリオを担当する。 ・顧客戦略に沿った新規開拓、ビジネス開発、継続的な営業活動、および収益性向上に尽力し、顧客との交渉プロセスをスを管理する。 ・新規市場獲得に向けた戦略立案と営業プレゼンテーションにおいてアカウントディレクターを手助けする。 ・RFQから製品販売、また販売以降のあらゆる商品開発フェーズにおける顧客関連業務のメイン窓口となる。 ・エンジニアリング、財務、オペレーション、製品ラインなど、社内の他部門と協力して顧客の見積書を作成し、商談を成功させる。 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration• Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the Automotive industry • Strong understanding of customer needs, excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities, strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work in a multi-cultural environment • English communication ability (Reading, writing, speaking，business level) • Japanese communication ability (Reading, writing, speaking，business level) ・工学または経営学を専攻した大卒者。 ・自動車業界での営業経験が3年以上ある方。 ・顧客ニーズの理解力が高く、優れた交渉力、問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力をお持ちの方。 ・複数のタスクを同時にこなし、多文化な環境下でも業務を遂行できる方。 ・ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語スキルを兼ね備えた方。（読み書き、会話） 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Working experience with Japanese OEMs.• Experience in automotive Interior products (IP, Seat, Safety, Door trim, etc.) • Engineering Background. • Working for multinational company in Japan or Japanese company in overseas. • Basic financial knowledge. ・日系OEM企業での実務経験がある方。 ・自動車内装部品（IP、シート、セーフティ、ドアトリム等）に関する経験がある方。 ・エンジニアとしての経歴をお持ちの方。 ・日本の多国籍企業、または海外の日系企業での実務経験がある方。 ・基本的な財務知識をお持ちの方。 • Overseas business trip / telephone conference needs to be managed by own. • Computer skills: MS-Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint. • General presentation ability. • Ability to lead internal and customer meetings. • Self-starter, Work independently. • Internal / External negotiation skills • Team player • Motivated to study something new ・海外出張 / 国際電話会議を自ら対応できる方。 ・MS-Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPointといったパソコンスキルをお持ちの方。 ・一定のプレゼンテーション能力をお持ちの方。 ・社内および顧客との会議を取り仕切ることができる方。 ・主体的に行動できる方。 ・社内外問わず交渉スキルを発揮できる方。 ・チームワークを大切にできる方。 ・新たなことを学ぶ意欲のある方。 |
