We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join us as a full-stack engineer, who can work closely with our business users in Japan to support their business process transformation by designing and implementing Technology solution through agile development. 野村グループは、グローバル金融サービス・グループとして、世界約30の国や地域にネットワークを有しています。日本のインフォメーション・テクノロジー部門は、25以上の国籍のメンバーが在籍する多様な環境であり、日本のリテール・ウェルスマネジメントビジネス、グローバルホールセール（グローバルマーケッツとインベストメントバンキング）において、テクニカルサポート、アプリケーション開発、システム変更などの業務に従事しています。野村グループは、充実した福利厚生、トレーニングやスキルアップの機会を提供し、ダイバーシティー、エクイティとインクルージョンの推進、従業員の健康とウェルビーイングを重視しています。 ホールセールIT部オペレーションズ・テクノロジー・グループでは、決済、約定処理、レギュラトリ・レポーティング、対外決済機関システムとの接続など、証券業務の基幹となるミドル及びバック・オフィスの各業務システムの開発・維持管理を行っています。当グループでは、システムのユーザ部門と一体となり、アジャイルなシステム開発を通じて現場の業務プロセスのトランスフォーメーションを推進していただけるフルスタック・エンジニアを募集しています。 ２）Responsibilities： ・Build and maintain close relationship with business users to understand their requirement. ・Propose, design and implement Technology solutions to drive business process transformation for Securities middle- and back-office function. ・Maintenance and enhancement of existing applications and toolsets for above function, including re-engineering of those applications for continuous improvement. ・ユーザ部門と密に連携を取り、業務内容とシステム化への業務要件を整理する。 ・アジャイル・アプローチを推進しながら、プロセス・トランスフォーメーションのためのシステム化の提案、設計、開発を行う。 ・継続的な改善のためのリエンジニアリングなど、担当システムの維持管理業務。 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Business Level Japanese.・Strong communication skill to work effectively with IT and non-IT stakeholders. ・Strong analytical skill to analyze complex problems and articulate solution. ・Self-starter with passion for improvement/innovation and willingness to learn and implement new technologies. ・Strong hands-on coding skills in one or more programming language. ・Experience designing and building enterprise software. ・Knowledge and working experience with Devops tools - Git, Jenkins,Maven ・ビジネス・レベルの日本語 ・IT部門、ユーザ部門と連携し業務を推進できる積極性とコミュニケーション能力 ・１つ以上のプログラミング言語での開発経験 ・業務用ソフトウェアの設計、構築経験 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Business Level English・Business knowledge of middle/back office or derivatives products. ・Strong coding skill in Java and/or Python. ・Knowledge and experience working with Docker,Kubernetes. ・Knowledge and experience designing Microservices, Restful APIs ・英語と日本語のどちらでも仕事ができる語学力。 ・金融のミドル・バックオフィス業務に関する業務知識 ・JavaまたはPythonによる開発経験 ・Docker,Kubernetesの知識、またはこれらを用いたシステム構築経験 ・マイクロサービス, Restful APIを用いたシステム構築経験 |
