A world's leading Insurance firm is looking for an experienced Transformation Expert for the Test ＆ Transformation Technology Team. Responsibilities － Develop project plans aligned with strategy and objectives. Manage all aspects from planning to benefits realization － Lead cross－functional teams, coordinate workstreams, and resolve issues － Oversee governance, reporting, tracking progress against goals and taking corrective action － Research agile methods and propose enhancements to workflows － Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency － Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in IT transformation, and assess their potential impact on the organization's transformation capabilities － Serve as the subject matter expert on transformation methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, providing guidance and thought leadership － Lead the development and implementation of transformation strategies, roadmaps, and action plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and desired outcomes － Provide expert advice and support to project teams, offering insights, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful transformation initiatives |

【Working Hours】 9:00am － 5:00pm Mon－Fri （Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days WFH every week） 【Holidays】 Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year－end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays, Other Special Holidays 【Services / Benefits】 Social insurance, Transportation Fee, No smoking indoors allowed （Designated smoking area）, etc. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Project Management Professional （PMP） certification or similar experience－ Agile certification like ScrumMaster or Product Owner preferred － Understanding of latest IT trends, management methods, and business changes － Well－rounded skillset including project management, IT knowledge, and business analysis － Proficiency with collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence － Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills |
