Key Responsibilities ・Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.) ・Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues ・Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business ・Provide advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation ・Implement HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management ・Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover ・Establish an effective relationship with the local brand team and other functions to ensure support from that team is efficient, effective, and timely. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・10+ years’ experience in HR, including 3+ years in a similar position ・Interest in outdoor or sports (preferable) ・Fluent Japanese, Business level English 【歓迎(WANT)】 Competences・Agility to work in a fast-change business and multinational environment. ・Candidate must be flexible, self-directed and able to work in a "hands on" environment. ・Candidate must have good communication skills, be highly motivated and organized, and able to work within specific deadlines. ・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ・Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects ・Entrepreneurship ・Striving for continuous improvement and optimization ・Result oriented mindset |
