TEAM The Human System Integration team is developing the human machine interface (HMI), which helps ensure that drivers can use advanced driver assistance systems safely and securely. As ADAS systems replace human cognition, judgment, and operation, we aim to promote mutual understanding between the car and humans so that the driver can understand the intentions and actions of the system, drive safely, and feel confident in the features and interface. HMI development has many driver features and directly contributes to the improvement of the car's product appeal, thus making a significant contribution to car manufacturing. Human System Integrationチームは、高度運転支援システムをドライバに安全・安心にご使用頂くのに重要な役割を果たすHiman Machine Interface(以下、HMI)を開発しています。運転支援レベルが高まるに連れて認知・判断・操作の一部をシステムが代行する範囲が拡大しているため、クルマとヒトの相互理解を促し、HMIを通して安全・安心な移動の自由を提供することを目指しています。HMI開発はドライバ―との接点が非常に多くクルマの商品力向上に直結するため、クルマづくりに大きく貢献できます。 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You will develop HMI control applications to cover advanced driver assistance systems. Our application depends on information from the vehicle control application and sensors, and also generates interactive notifications on the HUD and multimedia systems, you will need to establish cooperative relationships with other hardware and software engineers. We are involved in many projects from the planning and conceptualization phase to the development phase, and therefore we are looking for engineers who have experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners. You'll report to the manager in charge of HMI application development. 高度運転支援システムのHMI制御アプリケーションを開発して頂きます。本アプリケーションは、車両制御や認識アプリケーションから多くの情報を受け取り、HMI要求を生成してメータやヘッドアップディスプレイやマルチメディアシステムなどへインタラクディブな通知を出力するため、他のハードウェアやソフトウェア・エンジニアとの協力関係を構築することが不可欠です。さらに、企画・構想フェーズから製品開発フェーズまで幅広く携わるため、確かなコーディングスキル、ソフトウェア開発に関する幅広い知識、最適解を導き出す論理的思考力を持ち、周囲と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら、自立性を持って業務を最後までやり切り、チームを牽引できるエンジニアを求めています。また、HMIアプリケーション開発担当マネージャーの直属となります。 RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the team in defining requirements and developing functionality for the HMI control application, and implement software in C, including responsibility for communication between electronic control units. Conduct HMI evaluations using a vehicle and a driving simulator, and work with team members and related applications teams to quickly respond to specification changes. Conduct reviews and provide advice to ensure software quality in mass-production development Negotiate with Toyota Motor Corporation and the other partners to establish development items, schedules, and budget You will come to our office 3 days per week following our hybrid work policy HMI制御アプリケーションの要件定義、ECU間の通信仕様含めた機能設計、ソフトウェアの実装と検証でチームを主導する。 実車両やドライビングシミュレータを用いたHMI評価を行い、チームメンバーや関係アプリケーションチームと協力して、仕様変更に迅速に対応する。 量産開発のソフトウェア品質を担保できるよう、レビューを実施してアドバイスを行う。 トヨタ自動車やその他のパートナーと折衝して、開発項目、スケジュール、予算を策定する。 ハイブリッドワーク方針に基づき、週に少なくとも３日はオフィスに出社する。 |

【必須（MUST）】 3+ years of experience in HMI development for mass production vehicles or development of cockpit control software for ECUs, sensors, HUD, or multimedia systems3+ years of production-level programming experience in C Experience using Japanese language in relevant situations, including written and spoken communication 3年以上の量産車向けHMI開発経験もしくはメータ・ヘッドアップディスプレイ・マルチメディアシステムのコックピットECU向け制御ソフトウェアの開発経験 3年以上の量産開発におけるC言語でのプログラミング経験 業務において、文章や口頭を含む、日本語でのコミュニケーション能力と経験 HMI要件の必要性をステークホルダーに示すことのできる論理的思考力と説明能力 【歓迎（WANT）】 Experience in embedded or ECU software development (practical experience in software architecture design, software implementation, verification, and evaluation)Experience in model-based development (MBD) using MATLAB, Simulink, or similar technologies Experience in mobile/web/desktop application development using Python, Flutter, Unity, Blender, or similar Background with automotive industry standards such as functional safety (ISO 26262) and SOTIF Project management experience with Agile/Scrum Driving simulator development experience Experience in UX planning and interactive design 組込みソフトウェア、もしくは、ECU向けソフトウェア開発経験(ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ設計・ソフトウェア実装・検証・評価の実務経験) MATLAB、Simulinkなどの技術を使ったモデルベース開発(MBD)経験 Python、Flutter、Unity、Blenderなどを用いたモバイル／ウェブ／デスクトップアプリケーションの開発経験 機能安全(ISO 26262)、SOTIFなどの自動車業界標準の知識および実務経験 アジャイル/スクラム開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験 ドライビングシミュレータ開発経験 UX企画とインタラクディブ・デザインの実務経験 |
