Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies using BRP (business reengineering process), Kaizen and Six Sigma principles to conduct process modernization projects across all operations ? Lead, manage the team of CI, Kaizen, and Business metrics (team with 3 people) ? Identify and successfully implement business process reengineering and Kaizen projects to contribute to cost savings and customer experience improvement. ? Work closely with OE - Standardization team (OMS) and Digital Innovation team (AD) to create synergy between Standardization / Reengineering & Kaizen / Digitalization for our operations. Job Responsibilities: Responsibility includes: ? Stakeholder engagement and relationship management. ? Serves as a catalyst for continuous improvement to consistently improve the efficiency and effectiveness on a regular basis. ? Identifying process improvement opportunities, redesigning processes (e.g., lean improvements), and launching projects. ? Accountable for implementing programs that supports the success of a high-performing culture via process improvement practices and culture. ? Create and foster an environment in which continuous improvement in business processes and services is welcomed and recognized by everyone. ? Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders (Leaders, managers, employees) on the most effective and efficient use of resources to ensure positive and measurable outcomes. ? 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Technical Skills:? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration) ? Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. ? Strong quantitative and analytical skills Expert understanding of BPR, LEAN, Kaizen philosophy and tools ? Ability to plan and facilitate complex enterprise-wide, cross function & sectors, workshops and initiatives that focus on reengineering and kaizen. ? Ability to identify key process metrics. ? Experience in business analysis and program management ? Experience in promoting, mentoring, and teaching kaizen culture. ? Attention to detail and passion for delivering outstanding service Soft Skills: ? Exemplary leadership and management skills ? Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to lead teams and collaborate and communicate well with Senior Management ? Change management mindset ? Can be viewed as a trusted advisor with a successful track record in building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization ? Good sense of ownership and accountability ? Experience in team and people management ? Capable of directing and motivating team ? Promote and recognize cross-cultural working and communication within team |
