It comes with 90+ operational systems and tools for every industry and dedicated digital transformation consultants offering business advice. ＜職務内容＞ ・世界的に著名な決済プロバイダーのネットワークを管理し、多様な加盟店ポートフォリオを育成して収益成長を促進する ・戦略的なパートナーシップ契約を締結し、相互に有益なコラボレーションを構築するための専門知識を活用する ・社内外の利害関係者と緊密に協力し、パートナーとのシームレスな統合を確保する ・KPayのパートナーに対して、教育、能力強化、エンパワーメントを提供し、主要な連絡窓口となる ・パートナーシップのパフォーマンスを評価・報告し、洞察を得てアプローチを調整する ・起業家的な環境で、最小限の監督でタイムセンシティブな共同プロジェクトを管理する ・収益、市場シェア、顧客満足度などの主要な製品パフォーマンス指標を監視する ・市場のフィードバックや顧客の洞察を分析し、製品の向上と最適化のためのエリアを特定する ・業界の垂直統合、カスタマイズされた決済ソリューション、スムーズなオンボーディングモデルなどについてパートナーと複雑な交渉を行う Responsibilities: ・Oversee a global network of renowned payment providers and cultivate a diverse merchant portfolio to stimulate revenue growth ・Identify and negotiate strategic partnership deals, utilizing expertise to establish mutually advantageous collaborations ・Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with partners ・Act as the primary contact for KPay partners, providing education, enablement, and empowerment ・Evaluate and report on the performance of partnerships, gaining insights and adjusting our approach accordingly ・Manage time-sensitive, collaborative projects in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight ・Monitor key product performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction ・Analyze market feedback and customer insights to pinpoint areas for product enhancement and optimization ・Engage in intricate negotiations with partners regarding industry verticals, customized payment solutions, streamlined onboarding models, and more |

【必須（MUST）】 ＜スキル及び経験＞・フィンテック、決済、カードスキーム、コーポレートバンキングに精通している ・効果的なコミュニケーション、対人スキル、プレゼンテーション能力を発揮し、変革を促進し、ステークホルダーに影響を与えた実績を持つ ・有意義なパートナーシップを構築する専門知識 ・基本的な技術要件と製品ワークフローを理解し、必要に応じてパートナーの統合を支援する能力 ・社内外の様々なレベルの人物と効果的に連携できる優れたコミュニケーションスキル ・不確実性のあるダイナミックな環境で、独立して作業し、責任を持って業務を遂行する能力 ・日本語ネイティブレベル・英語ビジネスレベル必須 Requirements: ・Proficient in Fintech, Payments, Card Schemes, and Corporate Banking ・Demonstrates effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven history of instigating change and influencing stakeholders ・Expertise in developing meaningful partnerships ・Able to comprehend fundamental technical requirements and product workflows to support partners in integration when required ・Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective connection with individuals at various levels, both internally and externally ・Capable of working independently and showcasing ownership in a dynamic environment characterized by ambiguity ・Native level of Japanese and business level of English required |
