MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that improves business operations and align the company’s process and systems with its long term goals through digitalization. The role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of transformation projects that enhance efficiencies, innovations and competitiveness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement transformational strategies to address business challenges and enhance data utilization across the organization. - Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope and prioritize initiatives based on business goals. - Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into actionable strategies. - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. - Oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to project execution, ensuring quality standards are met. - Support the implementation of digital expertise, such as website development, paid social campaigns, and other complex digital projects. - Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and proactively manage stakeholder expectations across different regions and time zones. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree or above required, MBA or advanced degree preferred. - 5-7 years of consulting, project management experience in DX, BPR, SI, digital production, leading projects of varying complexity across campaigns and websites. - Experience managing cross-functional teams, mentoring project managers, and driving project delivery excellence. - Business-level Japanese proficiency and minimum conversational English proficiency required. SKILLS - SAP knowledge preferred with experience in utilizing it to optimize business process. PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES - Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives, manage complex projects, and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organization. - Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., SCRUM), resource planning, and process optimization. - Proven ability to scope projects, create detailed documentation (SOWs), and manage costs within approved budgets. - Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and ensure successful delivery in fast-paced environments. - Mentorship and leadership capabilities, with experience managing local and remote teams and driving process improvements. |
