仕事内容 |
・Develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the objectives of our sales and sales support teams. ・Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable plans to optimize sales processes and support functions. ・Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with broader business goals. ・Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, opportunities, customer needs, the competitive landscape, and areas for improvement to identify opportunities for strategic initiatives. ・Design and generate insightful reports for management, providing clear and actionable data to inform decision-making. ・Develop customized dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and metrics. ・Collaborate closely with global sales teams to ensure client/sales data accuracy and integrity across all platforms, with a primary focus on Salesforce. ・Monitor and manage data quality, performing regular audits and cleanups to maintain reliable and up-to-date information. ・Implement best practices for data entry, validation, and reporting to enhance overall data integrity and reliability. ・Propose and implement new ideas and enhancements to our existing sales and sales support platforms, fostering better transparency and collaboration. ・Evaluate and recommend new digital solutions that can benefit not only sales and sales support, but the broader company. ・Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our platforms remain cutting-edge and competitive. ・Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, sales support teams, IT, and senior management. ・Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategic initiatives. ・Facilitate effective communication and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and address any concerns or challenges. ・Ensure all global sales activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. ・Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry practices and implement necessary adjustments to sales strategies and processes. ・Identify potential compliance risks related to global sales activities and develop strategies to mitigate these risks |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Japanese: Advanced business level; English: Advanced business level・Over 2–3 years working experience in a similar role, or a related role within the asset management industry or financial services industry. 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Investment related qualifications, digital related qualifications /experience are an advantage. |
