We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and marketing strategies for our key product lines - a line of smart speakers/screens that feature AI voice assistant technology. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the next phase of growth for our milestone products. You will deeply understand the business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), and seamlessly incorporate them into impactful marketing strategies and executions. Key job responsibilities • Developing and implementing local brand equity aligned with the overall business strategy, covering market/consumer analysis, target audience definition • Developing an in-depth understanding of consumer insights to define the local brand strategy, and optimizing brand and product positioning in collaboration with 1)the global brand positioning; 2) the go-to-market team • Leading the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that unify cross-functional strategies and tactics to deliver high business impact. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and global teams, to ensure seamless project delivery. • Demonstrating proficiency in working within a global organization, including reporting to local / international leadership and collaborating across regions. • Analyzing customer data and market insights to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies. Effectively convincing the leadership team and key stakeholders of the strategic implications and recommended actions is equally important. • Overseeing budget management to ensure efficient and effective spending and understanding the financial implications of forecasts • Successfully launching and managing large-scale brand experience events to increase brand awareness and engagement |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Bachelor's degree- 8+ years of work experience with brand/product marketing, using customer insights to drive marketing strategies and campaigns. - Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and execute with attention to detail. - Experience working cross-functionally across different teams. - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. - Experience with data manipulation, reporting, and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). - Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. - Native in Japanese and business level in English 【歓迎(WANT)】 Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.- Analytical Thinker: Adept at driving metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous process and outcome improvement within a competitive environment. - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools for process optimization and reporting. - Proven ability to move fast in an ambiguous environment without close supervision. - Business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization. |
