・Develop an audit and assessment program aligned with product development roadmaps for each line of business. ・Manage risks in audit and assessment programs for effective delivery. ・Collaborate with lines of business to close audit findings through corrective actions. ・Coordinate resolution of post-production market issues using the PDCA cycle. ・Monitor and report on key performance indicators for the GAA team. ・Track project status relevant to audit and assessment execution. ・Act as Scrum Master for global audit and assessment team sprints. ・Oversee outsourced contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality. ・Manage the global audit and assessment team budget and coordinate training programs. ・Support team-building activities and drive continuous improvement in audit methodologies. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Project management certification (PMP or Prince2) or 3-5 years of project/program management experience in the automotive industry.・Engineering degree in Mechanical, Computer Science, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. ・Minimum of 2 years of experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. ・Proficiency in Japanese (N1) and English. ・Knowledge of safety-critical embedded systems, the software development lifecycle, and Automotive SPICE. ・Familiarity with automotive regulations and standards (UNR155, UNR156, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434). ・Experience with Quality and Audit Management Systems and ISO 9001/19011. ・Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・At least 2 years of experience in automotive software audits and assessments.・Certification as an automotive software quality auditor. |
