仕事内容	【Job Description (English follows Japanese)】 ◆日本語◆ ■業務概要衛星の電気システムの開発・設計・テストを行うエンジニアを電気システムエンジニアと呼びます。衛星の電気システムとは、搭載機器を相互接続したシステム全体を意味します。電気システムエンジニアは、電気システム設計開発、テスト、衛星運用のライフサイクルを通じて定義されたミッションを達成させます。 ■職務内容 ▫衛星の要求仕様に基づき、電気システムのうちハードウェアの開発を行うチームのマネジメントを行って頂きます。・ハードウェア技術ロードマップ策定、推進・技術的な判断と意思決定、方針指示・設計文書やテストレポートのレビュー・業務、担当のアサイン、進捗管理・開発、検証プロセスの改善・その他所属エンジニアの育成、評価、採用 ▫なお当該マネジメント頂くチームの職務は下記の内容です。・衛星のメインコンピュータシステム、電源システムの回路基板開発、検証、テスト・メインコンピュータシステムのリソース（計算資源、データ転送速度、データ保存容量等）の見積、管理・電源システムのリソース（供給電力、発電電力、電力消費、充電容量）の見積、管理・衛星搭載機器の電気的インターフェース仕様に基づき、搭載機器間のインターフェース設計・搭載機器間のインターフェース設計に基づき、それぞれに必要なハーネス設計（回路、経路）・回路基板の開発プロセスの効率化、自動化（設計、検査、検証、試験）・軌道上で運用中の衛星のテレメトリ分析、トラブル対処、故障診断 ◆English◆ ■About the Role An electrical systems engineer will develop, design, and test the electrical systems of satellites which indicate the entire system of interconnected onboard equipment. An electrical systems engineer will ensure that the defined mission is accomplished through the life cycle of electrical system design and development, testing, and satellite operations. ■Job Responsibilities ▫Be responsible for the design of the entire electrical system based on the required specifications of the satellite ・Estimates the power consumption of the entire satellite during satellite operation with the power system designer ・Designs the interface between onboard equipment based on the electrical interface specifications of the satellite onboard equipment ・Designs the necessary harnesses for each based on the interface design between installed devices ・Collaborate with mechanical design team to design harness routing, harness length, etc., and incorporate into harness design ・Works with mass production and purchasing teams to provide technical coordination of external manufacturing of harnesses ・Maintains the harness test environment required for acceptance testing ・Designs various system tests ▫Be responsible for satellite system testing based on electrical system designs ・Constructs a satellite evaluation system built with electrical systems only ・Performs system tests in satellite evaluation system and flight model ・Supports the operations team in satellite monitoring and trouble shooting during operations

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・電気、コンピューターサイエンス、制御工学、メカトロニクス、その他の工学に関連する高専または大学を卒業・FA、自動車、民生機器、医療機器などの電気システム設計において、リーダーあるいはマネジメントを行った経験・一般的な回路図やハーネス図面を読み、電気インターフェースを理解できる・外部委託業者との、技術的なやり取りを行いながら見積、仕様調整、受け入れまでを行った経験・各種機器（オシロスコープ、マルチメータ、ロジアナ、安定化電源）の基本的な知識または利用経験・英語に抵抗感ないこと（日常会話や文書、英語表記のPCアプリケーション等）・ビジネスレベルの日本語力 ▫Degree in electronics, computer science, control engineering, mechatronics, or other related engineering from a technical college or university ▫Technical skills ・Experience in electrical system design and harness design for factory automation, automotive, consumer electronics, medical equipment, and so on. ・Basic knowledge of electrical interface between devices (RS-232C/422/485, LVDS, USB), etc. ・Basic knowledge of board-to-board electrical interface (SPI/I2C), etc. ・Ability to read general schematics and understand electrical interfaces. ・Ability to design a harness and draw a harness drawing ・Experience in quoting, adjusting specifications, and accepting orders from outside contractors while interacting technically with them. ・Experience in conducting system tests based on test specifications. ・Basic knowledge or experience using various types of equipment (oscilloscopes, multi-meters, loggers, stabilized power supply) ▫One of the following: ・Business level Japanese and basic English (enough to read technical documents and emails) ・Or, business English level 【歓迎（WANT）】・国際的、多文化なチームに囲まれて意見をぶつけ合いながら問題を解決していくような業務に取り組める姿勢もしくはその経験・ハードウェアとソフトウェアが統合して動作する電気システムのアーキテクチャの設計経験・ハードウェアとソフトウェアが統合して動作する電気システムの統合試験の計画、仕様策定、実施経験・高速インターフェース、アナログ回路・Business fluency in Japanese ・Interest and/or experience working among international teams ・Experience in embedded hardware or software development ・Ability to design system test specifications based on system design 【必要な姿勢】・常にゴールへの道筋をとらえ、結果から次の行動へ移すこと・自分が所属しているユニットだけではなく、組織全体での最適化を目指すこと・自分自身で考え、行動すること・他者を巻き込み、チームワークに徹すること・新たな知識取得や他の経験取得のための投資を怠らないこと【Required Attitude】・Is always able to execute the next action from each result to achieve the ultimate goal ・Aims to expand the optimaztion of internal work of an unit to the entire organization ・Is able to think and act on your own ・Is able to involve others and act as a team player ・Has a strong determination to acquiring new knowledge and experience
