Seeking a talented professional to oversee the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs, focusing initially on Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong. This role demands flexibility and a broad approach to business development. Once initial objectives are met, the focus will shift to developing and implementing strategies for the Japan market. Your Role: － Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, and/or joint ventures. － Conduct market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs. － Lead planning, designing, due diligence, and implementation of strategic business objectives. － Develop business requirements for Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong to support program readiness and execution. － Optimize program flow for member enrollment and engagement. － Collaborate with internal teams to create performance dashboards and metrics to gauge program effectiveness. － Support collaboration efforts with commercial partners as needed. － Manage distributor strategies, revenue, shipping plans, and inventory. － Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders （KOL） and patient groups. － Search for new business opportunities. － Identify and resolve issues related to schedule, resources, scope, and risk assessment. － Prioritize among competing needs and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. － Perform other duties as directed by the Sr. Director |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Minimum of 15 years of Business Development/Marketing experience in the Medical Devices or Healthcare environment.－ At least 3 years of people management experience is highly advantageous. － Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with a track record of project success. － Specialist in the field within the function with a full understanding of the area of specialization. － Ability to network with senior internal and external colleagues in your area of expertise. － Strong judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. |
