募集背景： グローバル開発品目増加への対応及びトップクラスの製薬企業たる技術レベルを維持・向上するため。 仕事内容： ・中分子・低分子医薬品の物性評価や製剤化技術の構築（特に難溶性化合物の経口製剤の開発） ・処方・製法研究アプローチの構築 ・製剤単位操作への理解と製法を考慮した最適処方の確立 職種の魅力： 製剤化を通して付加価値を向上し、世界中の患者さんに届けることで世界の医療に貢献できる Background to Recruitment: To respond to the increase in global development products and maintain and improve the technology level as a top class pharmaceutical company Description of Work: ・Evaluation of physicochemical properties of middle and small molecule drugs and establishment of formulation technology (development of oral formulations of poorly soluble compounds in particular) ・Establishment of formulation/manufacturing research approach ・Understanding of unit operations and establishment of optimal formulation considering manufacturing method Position Features： Contributing to healthcare around the world by added value through formulation and delivering it to patients around the world |

【必須（MUST）】 求める経験：低・中分子の経口製剤化経験 Desired Experience: Experience in oral formulation research of small and middle molecules 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・国内・海外のレギュレーション、ガイドラインに関する知識 ・英語でのコミュニケーションで業務を推進できる方 Desired Skills: ・Knowledge of regulations and guidelines in Japan and overseas ・A person who can promote work by communicating in English 求める資格： 修士卒以上（薬学、理学、工学系） Desired Qualification： Master’s degree+ or equivalent (medicine, pharmacology, science, engineering) 【歓迎（WANT）】 求める行動特性（期待役割）：・周囲のメンバーを巻き込みながらリーダーシップを発揮して業務を推進する ・柔軟な発想とチャレンジ精神を持って新しい技術の開発・導入に取り組む Desired Competencies: ・Proceed jobs with leadership while involving other members ・Develop and introduce new technologies with flexible thinking and challenging spirit |
