Position: Product Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the peripheral intervention product line. This role will be responsible for driving commercial success, implementing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross－functional teams to ensure successful product launches and maintain supply for existing products. Location Tokyo or Osaka Key Responsibilities ● Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize commercial outcomes and meet profitability targets ● Collaborate with sales teams to drive top－line growth while maintaining business profitability and Gross Profit （GP） targets ● Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders （KOLs） to build market awareness and enhance market accessibility ● Create and implement training programs for sales teams and distributor representatives ● Formulate and obtain approval for marketing plans and new product launch initiatives ● Gather and analyze market insights through customer visits and market research ● Expand market presence through customer education and promotion of appropriate product use ● Plan and execute academic conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and sponsored events to build and maintain key customer relationships |

【必須（MUST）】 Required Qualifications● 3－5 years of successful experience in healthcare marketing ● Proven track record in convincing customers of product and service value propositions in competitive environments ● Experience in designing and organizing conferences to expand market presence ● Superior communication and presentation skills, including ability to train internal and external stakeholders ● Business－level English proficiency ● Proficiency in marketing frameworks, from market research to execution planning ● Proactive and results－oriented mindset ● Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite （Excel, Word, PowerPoint） 【歓迎（WANT）】 Desired Competencies● Creative and open－minded approach to problem－solving ● Strong professional mindset with a passion for success ● Ability to take ownership of actions and decisions ● Excellent project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks ● Curious and detail－oriented, with an interest in both the big picture and specifics Preferred Experience ● Background in interventional healthcare, particularly in endovascular interventions |
