As a General Administration Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will join the Business Support Management team together with three other managers and the Director. The management team focuses on sparring and development in close cooperation. Other role expectations are, but is not limited to: ・Provide team leadership and individual/team development in alignment with organizational goals and values, ensuring the team possesses the necessary competencies to meet future requirements. ・Ensure that internal and external deadlines are met. ・Team budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial reporting. ・Coordinate cross-functional activities and support stakeholders in various tasks and processes. ・Ensure GxP compliance as well as compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, including developing and delivering training programs. |

【必須（MUST）】 ***応募条件を全て満たさない場合でもご興味を落ち頂いた場合はぜひご応募ください***・Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, psychology, HR or a related field, or relevant job experience. ・Management experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. Project Management or other leadership experience is an advantage. ・Strong leadership mindset as well as proactive ・Advanced level of Japanese and advanced level of English in writing and speech. ・Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills for maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively, while adapting to changing circumstances and maintaining confidentiality. |
