仕事内容 Are you interested in working with the largest our Partner Network (APN) organizations across Asia Pacific as they navigate through some of the most dynamic and disruptive transformation projects in their Enterprise customer organizations' histories? Does the prospect of empowering these Partners to achieve their customer organizations cloud transformation success by aligning professional services (ProServe) to critical business and IT outcomes, overseeing and assessing engagement delivery, driving a holistic partner strategy and providing insight to accelerate rate of execution/adoption of cloud technology excite you?

Our Global Services team is looking for a Partner Sales Manager (GS-PSM) in Japan. This GS-PSM that will work with our ProServe partners in Digital Transformation area to rapidly build relationships with large organizations, develop and execute that strategy within those accounts in Japan. The role includes all aspects of business and digital transformation consulting, program & relationship development, contract structuring, and delivery oversight.

This GS-PSM works programmatically with our customers, our account teams, and our executive teams, to scale through our ProServe Partners for Digital Transformation. ProServe collaborates across the entire our internal organization, accessing product and service teams, get solutions delivered, and drive feature innovation based upon our customer’s needs. We have a rich partner ecosystem that includes Global, National and Local System Integrators with deep domain expertise of Digital Transformation.

Our Global Services engages in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing collective experience from across our customer base with our APN partners, and are obsessed about teaming with APN partners for strong success for the customer. Our team collaborates across the entire our organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.

Key job responsibilities
- Growing our Global Services ProServe business in Japan by building deep scalable partnerships that directly impact our customer’s ability to innovate and transform
- Engaging in our largest and most transformative deals, and put those partnerships to work for our customers
- Navigating the diverse customers in Japan by building partner relationships that matter locally and yet scale
- Building strategies and value propositions that accelerate business outcomes for customers and partners alike
- Building sustainable commercial partnerships, and manage the supporting contractual relationships with customers and partners.
- Developing robust joint business opportunities pipeline with most focused group of ProServe partners for Digital Transformation.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

- Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management
- Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Field partner engagement experience with a software, cloud, or technology vendor or vendors, working directly with partners to deliver cloud migrations
- Fluency in Japanese, Business level English

【歓迎(WANT)】

- Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts
- Work experience in technology enabled consultative, delivery, or solution roles focused on enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including sales reps and managers, solutions architects, other functional teams
- Experience in learning and development or enablement-related position
